Had clutch and transmission replaced got 5 star service and he allowed me to store vehicle with him while I made payments, Mr Chris is AWESOME. A MUST USE MECHANIC SHOP ESPECIALLY FOR MUSTANGS!!!! CHECK HIM OUT

I had an exceptional experience with this business. I was on my way from Houston to Tampa for holidays with my family in my 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. My transmission failed while driving through Mobile AL. I contacted several GM dealers and other car repair business but no one had opening to evaluate. I had to wait 3-4 weeks. I was fortunate enough to find this business. I talked to Chris(?) and he was willing to take a look at it. I gave him the car at 9am and he was able to identify the issue, perform a full transmission rebuild and get me back on my feet by 4pm. Additionally, he lent me his car so I can take my family for lunch and sightseeing. I had the privilege of seeing him work on my transmission and I was impressed by his knowledge and attitude. As an engineer, I’m surrounded by very technical expert all day for the last 20 years but Chris was among the best I have seen. Thank you for your sense of urgency, hospitality, professionalism, willingness to help and fantastic work ethics. You guys were the highlight of the trip by helping us turn this negative event into a very small part of the trip. I would drive 7 hours to you all if I ever have transmission problems. You truly practice high quality service.

Aye look real talk yall doing gods work 😂 im sorry it’s just that truck has had so many tranny problems and it been in and out of the shop idk if it’s just a bad designed tranny or what I wasn’t trying to make any get in trouble, I can’t lie I was mad at the time that truck had done had about 4 rebuilds or whatever 1 from some other place and someone on marketplace kept telling me stuff about yall and that just triggered me idk if it was true or not but yea I’m sorry thanks for going and pickin it up.
