Best shop in mobile ! Fastest shop I’ve been too! Got me in and out no problems !!

Just want everyone to know that I broke down at 6pm and it was after hours for Mr Transmission in Mobile, Al. Thank God for a man like Chris he was amazing. He came and got my vehicle as well as towed it to his shop...no way could this bad day could have been made better by a better person...Thanks

Had problems with my vehicle that I had no clue what was going on and Chris and his amazing crew got me back up and running in a very good timing manner, stayed around after my vehicle was finished and those guys are jam up mechanics. Would recommend that shop for any of your vehicle needs.

Found my 2001 Xterra struggling on a long distant move. Towed it to Mr. Transmission while I rented a car and continued my trip. Chris was more than accommodating in my situation. Turned out not to be a transmission problem. Chris was super honest with me and didn’t charge me for looking at it or storing it for a bit while I arranged delivery. He even offered a few ways to help me out which I declined since I already felt like he had done way more than anyone would expect. Definitely think you couldn’t find a more honest mechanic out there. Thanks again for your help!

Our Transmission went out while passing through Mobile on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning 8a.m. sharp we called Mr. Transmission and Chris answered the phone. His confidence and knowledge made us feel good about choosing them and him and his team CAME THOROUGH! That same Monday by closing we got the truck back and we were back on the road. We are so very grateful for them making a stressful situation an easy process.

Chris at Mr. Transmission helped with a repair of fuel line after road debris severed the factory line of our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. My wife and I were returning to Texas from Pensacola Fl. when we became stranded on the road next to his shop. Without hesitation the crew at Mr. Transmission assessed the problem and advised us of our choices for the repair. While researching our alternatives to no avail, Chris advised of an available fuel line repair kit to enable us to get back on the road and underway. Not only was this a significant savings in time, but also a considerable savings in cost as well, as we were contemplating renting a UHaul truck and trailer to tow the vehicle back to Texas. As we were about to reserve the UHaul, Chris advised of the fuel line repair kit option he had discovered. Repaired and underway, the vehicle shut down approximately two miles from Mr Transmission shop. A call to Chris and Chris came to us on the side of the road. A quick assessment by Chris discovered that almost all of the fuel drained from the fuel pump causing the vehicle to go into limp mode. Chris provided fuel to get us underway to a nearby gas station. Once fueled up we were on the road again. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his crew at Mr. Transmission. This kind of service and good will is unheard-of in this day and age.
