Mr. Transmission was recommended to me by my regular service advisor. I spoke with Mr. Murph and he was informative and personable from the beginning. He told me he'd diagnose my vehicle for free and let me know the cost before any work was performed. My vehicle was repaired and delivered in the allotted time frame that was given to me. I had to return to the shop for what I thought was a transmission issue. I spoke with Chris, the mechanic, and he told me he would check my vehicle and have it ready by COB. When I picked it up the problem was not with the transmission but a separate issue. Chris took his time to explain what the problem was and even showed me the code from the computer scan. He was very professional and nice. He told me it was a simple fix and only charged me for the part. Both these gentlemen were kind to me. John and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a true family owned and operated business and treat you and your vehicle as it was there own. I will be highly recommending them to all my friends and customers in the future.

Called in and the Manager offered to look at my vehicle free of charge and proceeded to tell me exactly what I already knew... they immediately took my vehicle in and had it completely fixed that same day... also gave me a nationwide warranty and was very nice and personable towards me... made me feel right at home like family... They went above and beyond to help me.
