Broke down an hour away, had my car towed in on Sunday while they was closed. Monday at 8 I called and talked to John, he advised he would let me know something after lunch, around 11 Monday Chris called and said yes it was a transmission failure and that he needed to pull it and see what the damage was. By Wednesday afternoon they had me rebuilt and back on the road. Chris even called Thursday morning to make sure I had no issues or concerns going home. Real customer service!

Fixed the carrier bearing on my '09 CTS. They did it fast and they did it well. They care about your ride, and when you get it back it will be clean on the inside as well.
